I had my carpets cleaned today. First I’ll say I was impressed that Tidewater Restoration has no issues climbing my three flights of stairs. I previously reached out to a well known carpet cleaning company and they cancelled our appointment the day before they were due out because of the stairs. Secondly, he was able to get up all of the food stains caused by my toddler. Our carpets look amazing! My apartment smelled great when I came home. I am super impressed. Alex did an amazing job. I have rented the rug doctor machine a few times and had no success. Found Alex on Facebook and he did truly magical work. Very polite and friendly.
